No surprises

What to expect when you call

Inviting someone into your home is a matter of trust. Here's exactly how a JH₂O service call works — from the first ring to the clean-up.

  1. You call — we answer

Day or night, you reach us — not a call center or an answering machine. Tell us what's going on and we'll talk you through it, whether it's an emergency or a question about your water.

  2. We get it on the schedule

Emergencies come first, and everything else gets a time that works for you. We'll ask a few questions so we show up prepared with the right parts and equipment.

  3. We call ahead

You'll know we're on the way — no sitting around wondering when the plumber will show up.

  4. Price before work begins

Once we've seen the problem, we explain what it needs and what it costs — before any work starts. You make the call, and there are no surprise charges when we're done.

  5. Done right, by a Master Plumber

The work is done by — or under the direct eye of — a licensed Texas Master Plumber (License #M45112) with more than 20 years of experience. We treat your home with respect and use quality equipment built to last.

  6. We clean up after ourselves

When the job is finished, we clean the work area — many of our customers tell us they couldn't tell we'd been there, except that everything works.

Our promise

Honest recommendations, quality workmanship, and solutions built to last. Our goal isn't to be the plumber you call once — it's to be the plumber you trust, the plumber you recommend, and the plumber your family calls for years to come.
