What our customers say

“⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an excellent experience with Josh. He replaced my washer box and installed new water lines, and I couldn’t be happier with the work. From the beginning, he was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He took the time to explain what he was doing and made sure everything was done properly. I really appreciated his attention to detail and the fact that he didn’t rush through the job. The workmanship was excellent, everything was clean and neatly done, and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his work. It’s hard to find someone who is this reliable and genuinely cares about doing the job right. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber. I will absolutely call him again for any future plumbing needs!”

“If I could give 10 stars I would. Entire Experience with Josh was top notch from communication to punctuality to the work being done. Professionally And neat And a clear And concise description of the problem and what he was going to do to fix the problem. We’ll definitely be using him for any needs That may rise in the future.”

“JH20 was timely in responding to our plumbing needs. Friendly demeanor and quick. We will definitely use them again.”

“Appreciate Josh and JH2O Plumbing for their quick work. I emailed to request their services on a weekend and was scheduled that day. Josh arrived and immediately assessed the issue and provided me with a quote. He also took the time to hear me out on some other concerns I had in another portion of the home. Luckily it was not an issue but I was really thankful that he took the extra time to listen and then explain to me what it was and that it was not a concern. He also shared some additional items that would be beneficial to my household but was not overly pushy or salesly about them, just genuinely wanted to make me aware of things. Thanks Josh!”

“I hired Josh to replace a toilet. He took the time to do a very thorough and professional job. I’m very pleased with his work and have recommended him to many times.”

“Just had Josh over to install a new kitchen faucet (I love it!) and he is coming back next week to install a new water softener. Both projects were more than reasonably priced. Professional, insured and an all around pleasant fellow!”

“Josh is knowledgeable, informative, and pays great attention to detail. He has repaired outdoor faucets, replaced faucets, and quickly helped when our main water line had a leak. We appreciate that the repairs are done correctly the first time and are made to last. JH2O will always be our go to for plumbing issues!”

“If you need a plumber, call Josh from J H2O Plumbing. I’m a big fan of family-owned businesses, and Josh is exactly the kind of person I want working on my plumbing. He’s a Master Plumber with years of experience, which gives me a lot more confidence than handing my pipes over to some guy whose main qualification is owning a wrench. 😂 Josh is professional, trustworthy, and clearly takes pride in what he does and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. Bottom line: Great guy, great plumber, great family values—and thankfully, much better at plumbing than I am. Highly recommend J H2O Plumbing!”
